# Apple Watch

> Check sessions and stay on top of Omnara from your wrist

Omnara on Apple Watch is a companion experience for checking active work when you are away from your computer.

## What You Can Do

With Apple Watch, you can:

* view your active sessions
* open a session and read recent messages
* send short follow-up messages to your agent
* keep an eye on progress without pulling out your laptop

## How to Get Started

To use Omnara on Apple Watch, your iPhone is only required for initial sign-in. After that, normal use can happen directly on Apple Watch.

## Best For

Apple Watch works best when you want to:

* check whether a task is still running
* glance at active sessions while away from your desk
* send a quick follow-up without opening your phone or laptop

## Not Meant For

Apple Watch is not the best place for:

* initial setup
* long prompts
* complex code review
* managing provider authentication
